The 103W (110/240V) PSU is marked on the back surface above the IEC outlet:
O-> O/P 110/240V~50-60Hz 1A MAX (referring to the IEC output socket)
->O I/P 110/240V~50-60Hz 3A
and on the top surface:

There is a 110/230 switch on the back between the mains input socket and the monitor output socket (normally hidden by the case) this selects between 110 & 230V inputs.
Exchange units.
We normally supply these on an advance exchange basis i.e.We send you the refurbished unit, then you return the faulty unit to us, which means you should only need to disassemble the machine once!
Exchange units must be repairable, complete, no repair attempted and without significant corrosion.
To save on the environment and to save you money on posting, the exchange unit can be returned to us at one of the regular RISC OS shows we attend, if this can be done within six months.
When doing so please ensure that the packaging we supplied the refurbished unit in is also returned. If you plan to return it at an exhibition please email us so that we know not to chase you for the exchange unit.
